We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Change Management Specialist to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will define, design, and implement programs that align with our business strategies, ensuring seamless integration across all levels. You will be a key facilitator and coach, empowering teams to achieve process excellence and measurable success. This is a full-time position based in our Newport News, VA location, with a hybrid work schedule requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
Continuous Improvement: Define, design, and implement continuous improvement programs, ensuring vertical and horizontal integration across the organization.
Strategic Alignment: Define improvement projects that align with business strategies and objectives.
Data Analysis & Program Evaluation: Analyze improvement programs and potential results, leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
Team Facilitation & Coaching: Facilitate and coach improvement teams, fostering a collaborative and effective environment.
Performance Metrics: Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program success and track progress.
Process Excellence Support: Install process excellence supports for program governance, project reviews, communications, training, certifications, and rewards.
Training Development & Delivery: Develop and deliver training curriculum, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and liaise with various experts regarding instruction and scheduling.
Communication: Craft and deliver clear and effective communications regarding change initiatives.
Experience in training development and delivery; experience administering training curriculum.
Experience working with internal stakeholders and liaising with various experts regarding instruction and scheduling.
Demonstrated experience with Lean methodologies and principles.
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present findings.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Six Sigma certification (Belt preferred).
Proven experience in change management.
Change Management Certification Highly Preferred.
Previous experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role.
