Providing practical experience for undergraduates interested in gaining knowledge and experience in Finance/Project Management. To work closely with the ops finance team members to offer support to projects and programs at GCM Hilton. More details as below: What will I be doing? As the Intern, Finance, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Talent, Performance, Control and Growth programs support · Collect information of program nominees and input them into Talent Data · Support, translate trainings and support Finance Lexue · Analyze Performance, Control, Growth program participation status and update related tracker and information sheet · Coordinate communication between managers and hotels Report & Data collection · Collection and basic analysis for draft data · Assist report and data share file access · Design feedback survey, collect and analyze data Others · Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned · Support workshop, meeting, conference, and other administrative tasks Who are we looking for? An Intern, Finance serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: Extensive prior internship experience is not a requirement; however, we are looking for the following: · 2025,2026 graduates (finance or accounting major preferred), can take 6-12 months internship, 4-5 days per week · Sound knowledge of job-related information technology (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) · Ability to set & maintain minimum standards · Ability to analysis data and identify significant trends · Warm, friendly & outgoing personality · Self-motivated and proactive · Can work accurately and effectively under pressure · Willingness to learn and develop · Good language and presentation skills (English and Chinese) · Committed & career oriented What will it be like to work for Hilton?
