Job Summary:


The Manager of Learning and Talent Development will be responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, managing training programs, and developing employees' skills and knowledge within the organization. This role will also provide support and a laser sharp focus on talent management coordination and people analytics to drive strategic HR initiatives and enhance workforce productivity.


Essential Job Functions:
  • Learning Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Talent Management: Coordinate and oversee talent management programs, including employee and leadership development, performance management and all core talent processes.
  • People Analytics: Create standardized reporting and leverage data analytics to report on headcount management, budget tracking, workforce trends, employee performance, and engagement. 
  • Develop data-driven strategies to optimize our learning and talent programming.
  • Training Program Management: Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses to meet the needs of employees at all levels.
  • Project Management: Oversee special projects related to learning and development and talent management, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for training and development activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with external training vendors and consultants, ensuring high-quality services and materials.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Knowledge of talent management practices and strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.


$88,500 - $113,000 a year
This U.S. based, full-time position offers the above base salary range + equity + benefits + bonus plan. 
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
