In this position, you will lead a dynamic team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), helping them meet daily activity metrics and connect with decision-makers to drive new customer acquisition in the commercial sector. Your experience in inside sales management, demand generation, and program management will be essential as you refine and implement Standard Operating Procedures in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. You'll keep everything on track by overseeing multiple projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and engaging performance from your team. A hands-on approach is crucial because you’ll not only monitor performance but also train your BDRs on essential tele-prospecting skills. If you also have proficiency in CRMs like Salesforce and expertise in using data to drive improvements, you may just be the person we need.
