Paid Volunteer Opportunity: Local Coordinator – International Cultural Exchange Services (ICES)

Are you passionate about youth exchange programs? We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Local Coordinators! This flexible, part-time, work-from-home position involves connecting international high school students with host families in the U.S., facilitating positive relationships with schools, and providing ongoing support throughout the students' stay.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Earnings: This is a commission-based, supplemental income position. Local Coordinators who place 5-25 students per academic year can earn between $4,000 and $30,000 annually from placement and supervision fees, plus bonuses.
  • Travel Incentives: Join us on all-expense-paid international trips to exciting locations like Bangkok, Rome, Paris, Stockholm, Rio De Janeiro, Berlin, and Beijing!
  • Annual Training Conferences: Meet our team at annual conferences, typically held in Las Vegas or Orlando, where we cover travel and hotel expenses for coordinators who place three students in a school year.
