Project Manager

InvestorFlow is the only company of its kind to deliver industry specialized CRM, built on Salesforce, and digital portals to help alternative asset firms find opportunities, create and manage relationships, and turn relationship insights into action with increased productivity and transparency.


The Project Manager will be an active and responsible member of the InvestorFlow Services team.  This resource will be scoping & managing the Services implementation of InvestorFlow Products, as well as internal efforts.  Activities include (not limited to):scoping implementations, develop & manage project implementations, budgets and staffing resources.   


You Will:
  • Scope, plan and implement internal & client facing projects. 
  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables. 
  • Define tasks and required resources. 
  • Collect and manage project team. 
  • Manage the project budget. 
  • Allocate project resources. 
  • Create a project schedule and timeline. 
  • Support and direct team. 
  • Lead quality assurance. 
  • Report on the project status. 
  • Risk Management  
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions. 
  • Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables. 
  • Evaluate and assess the result of the project. 


You Have:
  • College degree or equivalent work experience    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English speaking language is required. 
  • Skilled team player with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining successful, influential, collaborative working relationships in a matrixed environment at all levels of a global organization. 
  • Ability to be “quick learner” of business processes and related technologies supported through InvestorFlow.
  • An enthusiastic, high-energy, and motivated professional who is visibly passionate about driving client success.   
  • Strong focus on execution.  
  • Team player – someone who is able to work with a diverse team globally.
