InvestorFlow is the only company of its kind to deliver industry specialized CRM, built on Salesforce, and digital portals to help alternative asset firms find opportunities, create and manage relationships, and turn relationship insights into action with increased productivity and transparency.


We are looking for an Implementation Consultant. Your mastery of the Salesforce platform and understanding of our clients unique business objectives will contribute to success in this role. You will report to our Managing Director, Professional Services. 


You will:
  • Establish trusted relationships with clients 
  • Translate business requirements into working technical solutions 
  • Configure the Salesforce platform using advanced workflows and third-party applications 
  • Implement processes that align with client business objectives 
  • Collaborate with the project team and clients  
  • Coordinate QA and UAT activities 
  • Delegate tasks to others including the data and delivery teams 
  • Provide updates on the status of the projects to clients 
  • Identify opportunities to continue InvestorFlow’s value-add partnership 


You have:
  • 3+ years experience configuring the Salesforce platform including user management, object configuration, securing design, and advanced workflows
  • 2+ years of experience designing configuration-based solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Project management experience  
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • The ability to be prescriptive and offer recommendations for success 
  • A strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines 
  • Experience working with third-party applications (e.g. Conga)
