Our Strategic Account Management team focuses on growing GMV sales and driving engagement through win-win relationships with third-party sellers. We accelerate program adoption for key growth opportunities and coach sellers on building long-term success. This role is crucial in presenting compelling business cases and improving seller experience by working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

In the role of Senior Manager, Strategic Account Management – International Marketplace at Walmart, you'll be a pivotal player in enhancing the shopping experience for over 295 million global customers. Your mission? To drive growth while building trusted relationships with third-party sellers in Walmart’s international marketplace. Within our Strategic Account Management team, the focus is on growing GMV sales through win-win partnerships with sellers. You’ll have the opportunity to manage a unique portfolio of high-value accounts and exceed revenue growth goals through innovative seller programs. As you build lasting relationships with key decision-makers, you'll also be the voice of our platform, promoting new seller services and advocating for enhancements based on seller feedback. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with various internal teams to ensure sellers have a successful engagement with Walmart, making your role critical in presenting persuasive business cases and improving the overall seller experience. If you have a proven record in eCommerce marketplaces or SaaS solutions, excellent interpersonal skills, and some experience in international eCommerce, this might just be your next great adventure! Bonus points if you can communicate in Spanish or Mandarin.
