Join Walmart as a Senior Manager, Strategic Account Management (HO) – International Marketplace and help over 295 million global customers live better every week. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and make a significant impact through strategic advice and trusted relationships with third-party sellers in Walmart’s international marketplaces.

About the Strategic Account Management Team

Our Strategic Account Management team focuses on growing GMV sales and driving engagement through win-win relationships with third-party sellers. We accelerate program adoption for key growth opportunities and coach sellers on building long-term success. This role is crucial in presenting compelling business cases and improving seller experience by working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a book of business of high-value, strategic, and SMB accounts
  • Drive and exceed seller revenue growth goals through seller programs
  • Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers
  • Advocate for the platform and drive awareness of new seller services
  • Listen to seller feedback and partner with cross-functional teams to improve the platform

  • Proven track record of developing relationships and partnerships
  • Experience in selling eCommerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in cross-border or international e-commerce
  • Nice-to-have: Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
