About the Role

We're hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers to join our growing Engineering department! It's an exciting time to join Kojo as our product capabilities continue to expand in the goal to digitalize and streamline the materials procurement process for our customers and their suppliers.

This role will include:

  • Playing a critical and versatile role in shipping key aspects of our application

  • Being an integral part of building engineering, product, and company roadmaps

  • Co-owning the delivery of a product that transforms the construction industry

  • Expanding on Kojo’s engineering culture through process improvement, regular learning sessions, participation in hiring new employees, etc.

About You

Are you a high-impact engineer excited about directly impacting our customers through excellent product innovations? An experienced individual contributor or team lead who enjoys solving problems across platforms would be a great candidate to join our team!

What you've accomplished:

  • 6+ years of shipping high-quality software in a fast paced environment

  • Expertise working with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL

  • B.S. in CS or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Reliably writing clean and performant code, diving deep when necessary

  • Effective work on whatever part of the stack is necessary to solve the problem at hand (and a passion for jumping in to do so!)

  • Impact as an influential team player though teaching, hiring, system design, code review, etc.

This is an entirely remote, full-time position for candidates who currently reside in Central or South America, currently prioritizing hires in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and Chile. Commensurate with experience and location, the salary range for this position is between $65,000-$80,000 USD.

Salary: Your salary will be dependent upon many factors, including your experience level, skillset, market dynamics and balancing internal equity relative to other Kojo employees. The compensation and benefits information that we provide is based on Kojo’s good-faith estimate as of the date of the job posting and may be modified in the future.

Location: Kojo’s team members work from home 100% of the time across North and South America. If applicable, we’ll identify the travel and/or location-specific requirements of a position in the text above. Otherwise, team members can expect to work business hours congruent with their local time zone and remotely.
