Job Description

KPFF Latitude is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator who is ambitious, thoughtful, creative, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content and engaging graphics to drive our firm's digital presence and marketing initiatives. This role will involve collaborating with the Marketing Team to develop content strategies, create visually appealing graphics, maintain consistency across all marketing channels, assist in creating marketing materials for project pursuits, and support the Operation Team in other administrative tasks. Our Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and expanding our digital footprint across our key markets in Louisville, Lexington, Nashville, Birmingham, Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, DC, and beyond!

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing graphical content for a wide array of needs that encompass recruitment to project pursuits to internal communications. This will be done in collaboration with our Creative Media Director, who will help support and guide the tone, messaging, style, etc. that the office has adopted.

This role will also support the marketing team in the development of qualification packages which are sent to architects, contractors, and other infrastructure-owner clients. A flair for graphic design and digital production aptitude will help you succeed in this position. You will also support efforts at brand-centered events, including the local AIA conference and industry-focused conventions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field;
  • Expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (please list all programs you have this level in on your resume)
  • Experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong copy editing, and graphic design/layout skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a professional marketing role; architecture, engineering, or construction industries are a plus
  • Experience managing social media and curating content
