Stellenbeschreibung

Als Growth Marketing Analyst (m/w/d) bist du Teil unseres internationalen Online Marketing Teams. Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die Erstellung und Auswertung von Reports und übernimmst darauf basierend eine beratende Funktion, damit wir unserer Marketingeffizienz weiter steigern können.
Es steht dir frei, entweder 100 Prozent remote zu arbeiten oder flexibel unsere TEAMocom Spaces vor Ort zu nutzen.

  • Du erstellst und pflegst Reports um datengestützte Entscheidungsfindungen innerhalb des Marketingteams zu unterstützen.
  • Zu diesem Zweck führst du Datenanalysen durch, um Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen, Kampagnen zu optimieren und die Marketingleistung zu verbessern.
  • Du entwickelst und verfeinerst Strategien zur Conversion-Rate-Optimierung (CRO), um die Lead-Generierung zu verbessern.
  • Darüber hinaus arbeitest du an der Attributionsmodellierung, um die Auswirkungen verschiedener Marketingaktivitäten besser zu verstehen.
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Marketing-Team und dem BI/Controlling-Team, um die Konsistenz und den Abgleich der Daten sicherzustellen.
  • Du arbeitest zudem täglich mit verschiedenen anderen Stakeholdern zusammen, darunter Marketingkollegen, Vertriebsleitern und der Geschäftsführung, um Geschäftsanforderungen in Dateneinblicke zu übersetzen.

Qualifikationen

  • Du besitzt 3-5 Jahre relevante, praktische Marketingerfahrung in einem B2B-Technologieumfeld.
  • Du verfügst über eine eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und Erfahrung in der Analyse von Marketingdaten.
  • Du nutzt deine Kenntnisse in Excel und Power BI (oder vergleichbaren Tools) für das Reporting und die Visualisierung. Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics ist ein Plus.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) und Attributionsmodellen.
  • Die Arbeit mit verschiedenen, abteilungsübergreifenden Stakeholdern und dem Management macht dir Spaß und du bist in der Lage, Erkenntnisse effektiv zu kommunizieren.
  • Für die Arbeit in unserem internationalen Team verfügst du über verhandlungssichere Englisch- sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1).
