Ezra Coach (part time)
The primary responsibility of the Ezra Coach will be to provide professional coaching services to Ezra customers. Utilizing the LHH/Ezra coaching methodology, the Ezra coach will work with professionals within our customer organizations to identify and achieve work-related performance goals and/or assist leaders at all levels to transition smoothly to new roles
The Ezra Coach will pull from their virtual strengths to coach participants through an online platform. Comfort coaching within a virtual environment will be key to successful coaching engagements.

As an Ezra Coach, you will leverage the LHH/Ezra coaching methodology to assist individuals at various levels within client organizations, from front-line management to executives. Your role involves utilizing technology to provide coaching services through an online platform, making your virtual strengths essential to your success. You will engage with clients, helping them unlock their full potential, enhance their performance, and adapt to new roles or challenges. We value coaches who have significant experience in business and are ideally ICF certified or have completed at least 200 coach-specific training hours. With a commitment of at least 10 hours per week, your coaching will include various responsibilities, such as completing administrative requirements, participating in training, and using Ezra technology to support projects. You’ll also have the chance to foster a collaborative environment, enabling you to share your insights and enhance your coaching methods. If you're a team player with excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills, along with a strong background in management and organizational development, we want to hear from you.
