In our U.S. locations, we operate on a hybrid work model with three in-office days and two remote days per week. The Exam Coordinator is primarily responsible for ordering, scheduling and tracking National Board of Medical Examiners® (NBME) exams, processing Foundation of Medicine course grades, processing and grading clinical core and elective clerkship evaluations, and verifying United States Medical Licensing Examination® (USMLE) Board exams via the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates® (ECFMG) site. Conducts degree audits and grad clearances. Advises students on exam policies, eligibility requirements, and provides superior customer service to internal and external customers.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $17.15 and $27.36. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
