About the role
This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across systems, and supporting end-users globally. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system administration and expertise in managing modern IT tools and platforms.

Join LRN as a Manager IT/Senior System Administrator Specialist and take the lead in managing our IT infrastructure while supporting our global team. If you’re passionate about helping organizations navigate ethical challenges through innovative e-learning solutions, LRN is the right place for you! Our SaaS platform is utilized by over 2,800 companies worldwide, including some of the most recognized brands. You will administer and support our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations and end-user satisfaction. Your role will involve managing licenses, access permissions, and maintaining security compliance to enhance operational efficiency. You’ll regularly monitor system performance, craft reports, and stay ahead of new Microsoft features to recommend improvements. If you enjoy engaging with end-users to provide support and training, this environment encourages collaboration and problem-solving. You'll carry out essential networking requests, manage cloud accounts, and ensure that technological support requests are met swiftly. We're looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience in system administration, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to automation.
