MagicSchool AI is transforming K-12 education with AI-powered tools that enhance instruction, streamline workflows, and improve learning outcomes. As we continue to scale, we’re building a team of Solutions Architects to support our sales efforts and help districts bridge the gap between curriculum and instruction with AI-driven solutions.
As a Solutions Architect at MagicSchool AI, you’ll be the trusted AI-in-Education expert helping districts navigate the evolving landscape of AI in K-12. You’ll work closely with the field sales team to craft AI workflow solutions that align with instructional goals, drive engagement, and empower districts, teachers, and students.
This is a highly visible, presentation-heavy role requiring significant travel. You will be leading meetings, conducting live demos, hosting workshops, and speaking at conferences—often alongside an Account Executive, sometimes solo. Your ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and passion will be critical to your success.
Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping how our Account Executives engage with districts. By gathering insights from fieldwork, client interactions, and hands-on implementations, you will help inform AE training and enablement, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and strategies needed to drive successful engagements.
Bridge Curriculum & Instruction: Articulate and design AI-driven solutions that seamlessly connect district curriculum priorities to instructional practices.
Regional Relationship Building: Develop deep relationships with districts in your territory, each with distinct local, cultural, technical and instructional needs.
Pre-Sales Expertise & Presentations: Lead live demos, deliver compelling presentations, and facilitate engaging discussions—often solo—to diverse district audiences.
Consultative Solutioning: Apply pedagogical expertise and consultative skills to unpack state standards as you architect AI workflows that delight educators and improve student learning.
Pilot & RFP Support: Partner with Account Executives to secure new district clients, including RFPs, pilots, and key account engagements.
In-Person Client Engagement: Travel frequently to meet with districts, lead workshops, attend many conferences, conduct technical reviews, and provide hands-on guidance.
Market Expansion: Identify strategic state and district AI priorities, expanding MagicSchool AI’s Total Addressable Market.
Strategic Alignment: Align sales strategies with product strategy, ensuring MagicSchool AI solutions meet market demands.
Champion Client Needs: Gather insights from Sales, Marketing, Success, and Product teams to design scalable systems that better serve districts.
Sales Enablement & Training: Capture best practices from the field and translate them into training and enablement resources that level up Account Executives and improve overall sales execution.
Thought Leadership: Leverage data, research, and industry best practices to inform strategies, while using creativity and ingenuity to ensure delightful user experiences.
You’ll work directly with districts to showcase how AI can empower educators and improve student outcomes.
You’ll expand MagicSchool AI’s reach by identifying new opportunities and regional priorities.
You’ll create synergies between existing solutions and future innovations.
You’ll play a key role in high-impact district engagements, including RFPs and strategic sales opportunities.
You’ll influence sales, marketing, and product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs.

You’ll travel frequently, meeting educators and decision-makers where they are to build trust and drive adoption.
A passionate advocate for AI in education with experience implementing EdTech tools in a K-12 setting.

A strategic thinker who can translate technical capabilities into real-world educational benefits.
A confident presenter and relationship-builder who can engage district leaders and educators.
A problem solver who can address both technical questions and instructional concerns with ease.
A mentor and coach who enjoys sharing insights to help the broader sales team succeed.
Comfortable with frequent travel (50%), as in-person engagement is a critical component of this role.
Background in K-12 education, instructional technology, EdTech, or a related field.
Strong technical aptitude, with an understanding of AI tools, SSO, LMS, LTI integrations, and district IT landscapes.
Experience in curriculum design, instructional coaching, or technology integration.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Ability to travel extensively, sometimes with short notice, to support district engagements.
Preference for individuals located in California, Texas, Florida/East Coast
