About the job

As a member of the Delivery team, you will help our clients drive more revenue by creating a buying experience that’s both frictionless and human. You will move these high-growth companies towards a more operationally efficient organization.

As a Solutions Architect at Go Nimbly, you’ll collaborate with a team of RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, Developers, and Analysts to build best-in-class solutions and impactful technology roadmaps. You will act as a subject matter expert on the process of scoping, discovery, solutioning, and leading the team through solution and architecture decisions by considering scalability, trade-offs, best practice, and the latest technology trends.

On a given day, a Solutions RevOps Architect will spend time:

  • Collaborating with the team in early stages of a project to define the approach in arriving at a solution. Part of delivering best-in-class solutions is ensuring that solution work has been appropriately estimated.

  • Designing solutions for complex workstreams, and presenting these solutions to client teams in a way that builds trust and makes the case for scalability and best practice.

  • Defining architecture principles and standards. A Solutions Architect owns communication and justification of design decisions with our internal team and the client.

  • Actively participating in up-leveling the team by providing ad hoc and ongoing coaching and mentoring on solutions.

  • Senior members of Go Nimbly act as an ambassador within the Revenue Operations space and keep a pulse on the latest releases and technology trends to help form a point of view on how releases and changes will impact teams and customers.

About you

  • You have at least 8 years of experience working with senior Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to uncover business requirements, identify gaps and pains, and design scalable technical solutions to resolve these gaps and requirements.

  • As part of your experience you have are a specialist in one the following areas: technical architecture, solution architecture, or CPQ.

  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features, and a mature perspective on when to use out-of-the-box features, declarative automation, or code.

  • Strong in lean and agile development.

  • Ability to influence and lead internal and external teams communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Bonus: if you have a Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect, or are on the path to achieving one of these certifications.

During the first call with our Talent team, we will lay out the steps in the interview process since it’s unique to each role but typically includes a couple of rounds. The base salary for this role is $140,000-$160,000. Adjustment based on geographical location and final salary decision will be in accordance with leveling as there are two possible levels included in this range. In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance bonus plan.
