Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Portuguese Speaking Consultant within our IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Department for one of our clients. In this Entry Level key position, you will provide vital support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, helping them navigate their IT challenges and ensuring their systems are secure and efficient. Your role will be crucial in delivering customer satisfaction and enabling clients to leverage our cybersecurity solutions effectively.

As a consultant, you will troubleshoot technical issues, offer guidance on cybersecurity best practices, and conduct training sessions on our suite of IT solutions. Your expertise and dedication will help clients maintain secure and resilient IT environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding IT support and cybersecurity solutions
