We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Tree Climber to join our amazing Monster Team! In this role, you'll be responsible for climbing, pruning, and removing trees on both residential and commercial properties, all while ensuring safety and precision in your work. You’ll need to be comfortable operating various tools and equipment ranging from hand tools to chainsaws and chippers. Collaborating closely with your crew and the Crew Foreman will be key, and your commitment to excellent customer service will set you apart. Candidates should possess climbing experience with rope and saddle techniques, a solid understanding of knots, and chainsaw operation. Familiarity with ANSI standards and Aerial Lifts is a plus. A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license are required, whereas CDL is preferred. Previous experience with trucks and trailers, along with crew management and safety procedures, would also be incredibly useful.
