Nava is searching for an Account Executive who will lead strategic initiatives for a growing book of business on our west coast team. We are seeking an out of the box thinker with experience designing innovative benefit plan strategies and a track record of maintaining executive level relationships as a trusted client partner. You will be responsible for overseeing a book of large national clients, and be integral in leading annual service plan execution, renewal strategy, and long term strategic planning. Partnering with members of the client success, revenue and operations departments, the Account Executive will bolster Nava’s strategic capabilities so that we can deliver novel benefit solutions for our growing and diversifying client portfolio.
This is a remote position but preferred candidates will be based in California and possess California employee benefits market knowledge as well as recent experience managing large employer groups (100-5,000 lives).

You’ll work closely with our client success, revenue, and operations teams to ensure our clients receive tailor-made solutions that meet their unique needs. As a key player, you’ll lead annual service plan executions and develop long-term strategic plans for renewal. We're looking for a creative thinker who can design innovative funding strategies and present compelling client deliverables. With at least 15 years of experience in the employee benefits field, especially managing large California employer groups, you’ll utilize your expertise in benefit plans to enhance our offerings. Not only will you foster meaningful partnerships, but you’ll also mentor junior teammates, creating a collaborative culture at Nava.
