Reporting to the Director, External Reporting & Technical Accounting, this position will interface with many corporate and operational finance teams, as well as our external auditors. Primary SEC reporting responsibilities include a combination of preparation and review of 10-Q and 10-K filings, as well as quarterly earnings releases. Primary technical accounting responsibilities include analyzing accounting issues and providing guidance to members of the finance organization, reviewing significant contracts, non-standard transactions and emerging GAAP for accounting implications, writing accounting position memos, supporting lease accounting activities, and overseeing the Company’s corporate accounting policies.
Substantial experience in the review or preparation of 10-Qs and 10-Ks
Ability to efficiently and effectively research, interpret, apply and communicate GAAP accounting rules as they relate to various business activities and transactions
Strong analytical, problem solving, and collaborative skills
Must be able to make judgment calls on accounting / reporting issues
Excellent writing skills; ability to draft SEC reporting disclosures and technical accounting position memos
Ability to multi-task on competing and deadline sensitive priorities
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong organizational skills, process-oriented, and a team player

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $145K - $216K. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
