The opportunity
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role revolutionising our systems and processes to create a more efficient and user-friendly experience.
You will lead efforts in the re-write of legacy applications to improve the onboarding process for new account holders. You will collaborate with advisors and clients to streamline processes, enhancing user experience and reducing administrative work. Your contributions will be vital in developing self-service capabilities to modernise and optimise workflows. You will advocate for innovative solution development, aligning project goals with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
About you
As an experienced Business Analyst, you are a proactive and innovative thinker with a passion for transformation.
Specific skills and experience include;
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech, WealthTech
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and process optimisation.
Ability to critically analyse and question traditional methods, proposing innovative alternatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
Experience in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
