In this position, you will play a key role in enabling Northstar Behavioral Health to support and help people dealing with an opioid addiction. Your role is what makes it possible for us to follow our mission of service and continuing to help as many people as we can. Reports directly to the Operations Coordinator.

As part of the Operations Support team, you'll be working closely with the Operations Coordinator to ensure that all service lines are accurately entered and monitored. Your attention to detail will help track payments, review progress, and adapt goals based on individual needs and conditions. We're passionate about helping people and your efforts will directly contribute to that mission! You’ll also maintain strong relationships with various regulatory bodies including the Minnesota Department of Human Services and the Minnesota Department of Health, ensuring our practices are compliant and up-to-date. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are a quick learner with excellent organizational skills, this position is perfect for you. Being proficient in tools like Procentive, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office is a plus, but your ability to adapt is what truly matters. A high school diploma or GED is required, as well as a clean background in accordance with DHS standards.
