You'll assist our pharmacists by providing pharmacy services and ensuring that our automated dispensing systems are well-stocked and maintained. Your responsibilities will range from preparing medication carts daily to prepping orders and keeping the pharmacy's inventory in check. Critical thinking skills and the ability to function under pressure are key, as you’ll often need to operate with limited supervision in fast-paced settings. While a high school diploma and Illinois licensure as a Pharmacy Technician are required, having a year’s experience in a hospital environment, or holding a certification as a Pharmacy Technician, is preferred but not mandatory.
