The ideal candidate will bring excellence in craft, strategic thinking, accountability, and collaboration to a fast-paced, remote Creative team. Oura’s Marketing Creative team manages our consumer marketing efforts globally, focusing on creating and delivering high-visibility, high-quality content across all media and channels. Our goal is to drive creative strategy and craft engaging and inspiring marketing experiences for both new and existing customers.

What you will do:

  • Research and explore visual territories for new campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead the creation of best-in-class photography, illustration, and CGI with internal and external partners.
  • Support the marketing organization in crafting quality brand communications and experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Develop, maintain and scale brand standards to ensure excellence in design throughout the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, sharing insights with the broader team.
  • Keep a constant pulse on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage multiple high impact projects simultaneously.

This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based on the west coast.

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 7+ years of agency or in-house design experience
  • Excellent eye for detail, design, and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visuals
  • A proven understanding of brand design, web design, social media content, film, presentation, and experiential design
  • Expert knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Google Slides, Keynote, and generative AI applications
  • Flexible and open to shifting roles, responsibilities, and priorities
  • Able to take initiative and self-motivated, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and act without always waiting for direction
  • Takes responsibility for work and outcomes, and is accountable for both successes and failures in a high-growth environment
  • Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, comfortable working closely with others to achieve company goals and vision

At Oura, we care about you and your well-being. Everyone here at Oura has a ring of their own and we are continually looking to improve employee health.

What we offer:

  • 20 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays plus 8 days of flexible wellness time off
  • Paid sick leave and parental leave
