Job Description

Your Career

We’re looking for a senior executive and internal communications manager to support the Global Customer Services (GCS) organization as the principal communications advisor to the Chief Customer Officer and their leadership team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executive communications for the Chief Customer Officer and internal communications for a large global services and support organization. This includes creating internal and external communications strategies and narratives to support an organization that is dedicated to delivering the best security outcomes and customer experience in the industry.

You are passionate about technology and innovation and the people behind them. You enjoy turning the complex and technical into compelling, relatable stories, and effortlessly adapt those stories for diverse audiences and formats. As part of the Global Communications organization, you’ll be a key point of contact across teams, ensuring the right narratives are told across multiple channels. 

Your Impact

  • Serve as the principal communications advisor to the Chief Customer Officer and their leadership team during a time of significant business transformation
  • Deliver communications that inspire employees, contribute to building a strong GCS culture, and connect them to the company strategy and services vision
  • Ensure GCS transformation initiatives are successfully and consistently communicated to employees and stakeholders to drive alignment and clarity
  • Plan, edit, and develop content for a variety of channels, audiences and media, including: the intranet and Slack, external blogs, customer presentations and messages, incident/crisis response-related communications, and external keynotes
  • Manage the Chief Customer Officer’s external profile, including social media strategy and speaking, media and analyst engagements (in partnership with PR/Analyst Relations/Social teams)
  • Establish ongoing metrics - measure everything to ensure success, and pivot early and often 

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • 8+ years communications experience, including supporting a CxO (Chief Customer Officer or CRO preferred) - both internal and executive communications background is essential
  • Experience leading comms for a complex enterprise technology function, and both building and implementing strategic, holistic communication strategies, especially for large org transformations
  • Ability to synthesize data and technical information and uplevel for various audiences
  • Steely under pressure, undaunted by tight, last-minute deadlines - pro at juggling multiple initiatives and executing with speed in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business strategies and complex technologies into relatable stories (writing exercise required)
  • Strong team player and creative thinker 
  • Track record of building strong relationships with and advising senior leaders
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity 
  • Understanding of enterprise technical services organizations helpful but not required

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $148000 - $241000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
