Position Description: 

This role will lead the development and execution of an innovative new product in PAR’s portfolio focused on complex data sets. In this senior role, you will oversee the design, management, and optimization of large, complex data sets that directly impact the growth and success of our products. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and other teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and align with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with a deep expertise in working with large data sets, data infrastructure, and analytics platforms. You must have the ability to think strategically and execute at scale, ensuring that our products deliver exceptional and differentiated value.

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of experience leading data-centric product teams.

• Expertise in managing and working with large data sets, including experience with data infrastructure, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.

• Proven track record of developing and scaling data-driven products or features that have a measurable impact on business performance.

• Strong technical knowledge of data engineering, data architecture, and database systems.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making.

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

• Familiarity with machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics products.

• Experience with customer-facing product features, especially in SaaS or B2B contexts.

• Lead the product strategy for a new product and solution, with a focus on managing large-scale, complex data sets and delivering unique value to end users.

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and driving the product vision forward.

• Work closely with R&D, marketing, product, and business operations teams to design and build a scalable data platform, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.

• Drive the design and optimization of data-driven products to meet the evolving needs of customers, stakeholders, and the business.

• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and performance data to inform product decisions and improve the user experience.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define product goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.

• Foster a data-driven culture, promoting the use of analytics and cost optimization to maximize product performance and decision-making.

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.

• Ensure that data privacy, security, and compliance standards are met in product development and implementation.
