We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:

The Marketing ROI and Effectiveness Manager will support PayPal in building of a best-in-class measurement capabilities to that result in improved marketing effectiveness and ROI. This individual will work closely with analytics, technology, and marketing functions to develop solutions and support change management that enable the organization to leverage analytical insights to make better planning and allocation decisions. This individual will also support our senior team members in providing performance management updates to finance leadership.

PayPal has established The Marketing ROI and Effectiveness team within the Consumer / Marketing organization to develop and implement a high-fidelity ROI measurement framework, to power better decision-making by commercial and marketing leaders.

Job Description:
The Marketing ROI and Effectiveness Manager will support PayPal in building of a best-in-class measurement capabilities to that result in improved marketing effectiveness and ROI. This individual will work closely with analytics, technology, and marketing functions to develop solutions and support change management that enable the organization to leverage analytical insights to make better planning and allocation decisions. This individual will also support our senior team members in providing performance management updates to finance leadership.

Responsibilities: 
•    Measurement Framework: Formulate, develop, and implement solutions and tools (Marketing Mixed Model, Data-Driven Attribution, Incrementality Testing) to improve marketing measurement.
•    Customer Success: Collaborate with marketing functions (e.g. integrated marketing, paid media, CRM) to develop learning agendas that will address their needs for new and ongoing in-market efforts.
•    Marketing Insights: Analyze ongoing marketing performance results to identify trends and distill insights into actionable takeaways to support marketing teams in achieving defined business targets.
•    Optimization Recommendations: Support our senior team members in delivering strategic findings and recommendations to executive leaders to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
•    Budget Management: Provide updates to our finance leadership to demonstrate effective and efficient marketing investment management.
 
Qualifications and Requirements: 
•    Candidate should have 5-10 years of relevant experience, including time at a brand organization.
•    Hands-on experience developing, implementing, and delivering Marketing Mix Models, Incrementality Testing, and Fractional Attribution (e.g. DDA, MTA).
•    Functional experience in a customer-facing role actively supporting marketing and media teams to utilize measurement solutions and tools to attribute contribution and optimize investments. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, drive data-driven decision-making and connect efforts with broader business objectives and strategic priorities. 
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and align diverse groups across the organization.  
•    Experience in financial services / payment industry is a plus

$82500 to $187990
