About The Role:

We are looking for a recruiting specialist with experience in talent acquisition at tech or software companies, focusing on technical recruiting. You'll be helping PicCollage scale up our team and products through active outreach!


What You'll Do:
  • Actively source talent from various recruiting platforms and channels, including in-person meetups and community events.
  • Coordinate and design interview sessions in collaboration with hiring and recruiting leads.
  • Lead and support in-house recruiting events in effective ways.
  • Understand the team's needs by working closely with hiring managers.
  • Run external career fairs or community events to enhance the company's presence.


Skills We’re Looking For:
  • Experienced in talent acquisition within the technology or software industry, ideally with specialized experience in recruiting for technical roles.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese for both writing and speaking.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse parties throughout the recruitment process.
  • Basic analytical skills; ability to evaluate recruitment efforts by analyzing data.
  • Passion for recruitment, loves interacting with people, and curious about what they do and what drives them.


Nice-To-Haves:
  • Good copywriting skills for writing social media posts in both English and Chinese.
  • Familiarity with ATS such as Lever, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Teamdoors, or equivalent.
  • Experienced in processing work permits and ARC application in Taiwan.


Notes:
  • This position is based in Taipei, Taiwan and will often require you to come to the office in person.
