Chief Marketing Officer

Our client is a fast-growing offshore contact center partner serving U.S.-based businesses with premium customer support, sales, and lead generation services. Recognized by Inc. 5000 and trusted by leading brands, they specialize in helping companies scale without compromising on quality. Now, they’re ready to level up. They’re looking for a strategic, creative, and bold Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead their brand into its next phase of growth—one where every decision-maker at companies worth $100M+ knows who they are before they walk into the room.

Location:
Fully Remote (U.S. travel required for conferences)

Role Overview:

  1. Set the Vision: Define and own the end-to-end marketing strategy to build brand awareness, credibility, and authority in the B2B U.S. market.

  2. Build the Brand: Develop a compelling brand identity and messaging framework that resonates with VPs and C-level execs, especially those wary of offshore partners.

  3. Own the Creative & Content Strategy: Lead and oversee all brand, creative, SEO, and content initiatives that help drive inbound interest and trust.

  4. Run Agency Partnerships: Select, manage, and hold accountable best-in-class creative, paid, and content agencies.

  5. Be Conference-Ready: Position the brand so when we show up at events, everyone already knows—and respects—the name.

  6. Build & Lead the Team: Hire and develop a high-performing marketing team from the ground up.

  7. Drive Demand from Enterprise Clients: Design campaigns that influence decision-makers at $100M+ companies, across industries.

  8. Champion Performance: Own the marketing budget and marketing KPIs—ensuring every dollar spent has a measurable impact on their reputation and pipeline.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • A visionary leader with a proven track record of building or repositioning B2B brands in the U.S. market.

  • Experienced in marketing high-ticket B2B services—especially to skeptical or trust-sensitive buyers.

  • Comfortable setting strategy without a playbook, and energized by building teams, processes, and systems from scratch.

  • Deeply familiar with managing external agencies across paid media, SEO, and creative.

  • Known for delivering real business results through marketing, not just impressions.

  • Able to travel for conferences and key brand moments, acting as a public face of the company when needed.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in outsourcing, offshore staffing, or contact centers.

  • A history of marketing to COOs, VPs of Customer Experience, or Operations leaders.
