If you’ve dabbled in social media content creation and are looking for a summer gig that pushes you creatively, allows you to manage and grow social channels, and will enhance your resume - keep reading! We’re hiring an Employer Brand Social Media intern to fill in while our usual Queenie is out on Maternity Leave. Our Employer Brand social profiles provide a behind-the-scenes look of what it’s really like to work at Qualtrics, including employee stories, global office spotlights, growth opportunities, and company benefits/perks. You’ll be in charge of showing the world what is different, unique, and compelling about working at Qualtrics in a way that is engaging, creative, and results-driven. Now’s the part where you stalk us on social: @QualtricsLife on IG and @Qualtrics on TikTok.

  • You’re creative. You love thinking about how to use the latest social media trends and can even come up with new ones! When given clear guidelines, you can build content that performs well on social and connects back to our goals.
  • You’re fearless. You trust your instincts when it comes to content creation, push posts forward even if it’s scary, and aren’t too hard on yourself if a post flops.
  • You can yap effectively. We love new ideas especially when they come across in a clear and engaging way.
  • You know how to use a system. You have the creative inspiration AND know how to turn the ideas into reality, meet deadlines, and use a repeatable process that allows you to scale those big ideas.

How You’ll Grow
  • Work with an experienced employer brand team building best-in-class programs.
  • Get the opportunity for real-world practical application of social media for business.
  • Be given autonomy to manage while having coaching, check-ins, and support along the way.
  • Work on a large-scale, established, and sophisticated social media program.
Things You’ll Do
  • Create visuals and graphics on Canva that work with our social aesthetic.
  • Work with our employees to share authentic, candid moments that showcase their work experience like Day in the Life videos, vlogs, tiny mic interviews, and more.
  • Edit past video interviews and footage we have to create engaging social posts that align with candidate personas.
  • Keep up with social media analytics and help us improve our content strategy based on what resonates with our audience. We’re especially focused on non-follower reach, follower count, and social’s impact on our brand-influenced and brand-sourced hires.
  • Stay in the loop with the latest trends, memes, and social media must-dos to keep our brand fresh and engaging. 
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • Previous experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • You find yourself oddly good at Canva and know how to work a video editing platform.
  • Experience storytelling in extra curricular clubs, associations, or previous internships.
  • Understanding of candidate experience, recruiting, or employer branding.
  • You have Instagram and TikTok on your phone.
  • A genuine passion for storytelling and a flair for elevating people’s voices in an inclusive, balanced, and global way.

You will be able to upload this video within the application questions. Bonus points for creativity and originality!

  • We are a 4 person team led by the People Brand + Belonging Leader, who reports directly to the Chief People Officer.
  • We are responsible for driving the global employer brand strategy that generates new talent leads and influences candidates to join Qualtrics. Our #1 focus is on creating brand-influenced candidates - those who engage with our content and channels  and as a result have better hiring outcomes.
  • Our strategy serves all our markets - AMR, LATAM, EMEA, and APJ - and leverages our channels and programs; social media, employer brand look feel, and messaging, paid media, hiring personas, reputation management, careers site, email marketing, employee advocacy programs (hey, that’s you!), partner content, and employee swag.
  • No matter the content, channel, or program, we’re focused on telling authentic and real human stories from inside Qualtrics.
