As an IT Subject Matter Expert (IT SME), you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration and adoption of Qventus products in healthcare environments. You will act as a bridge between senior IT leaders, the Qventus platform, and our customers’ end-user workflows. Your expertise will help shape strategic partnerships, influence product development, and ensure Qventus continues to lead innovation in healthcare IT.
• Master Product Integration and User Workflows: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Qventus products and their integration with EMR systems. Ensure a deep knowledge of end-user workflows to drive seamless adoption and operational excellence.
• Engage in Strategic IT Partnership Conversations: Collaborate with senior IT leadership (e.g., CIOs, IT Application Managers) to gain insights into their constraints, technology strategies, AI ambitions, and project scoping/approval processes.
• Advocate for the Qventus Platform: Create compelling narratives around the value of the Qventus platform, emphasizing seamless integration into workflows. Partner with the sales team to lead conversations and develop impactful collateral to support the messaging.
• Build and Leverage Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and individual contributors at deployed accounts. Address objections, foster trust, and leverage these relationships during prospecting conversations.
• Shape the EMR Differentiation Strategy: Collaborate with product marketing to refine and communicate Qventus’ EMR differentiation strategy based on real-world learnings. Provide insights to inform the product roadmap and future innovations.
• Deep experience with healthcare IT systems, especially EMRs, and a strong understanding of their operational and clinical workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior IT leaders, such as CIOs, in strategic discussions about technology, innovation, and operational transformation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence decision-makers and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in creating persuasive technical and strategic narratives that effectively showcase platform capabilities and value.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to shape strategies and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with major EMR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
• Prior exposure to AI and machine learning applications in healthcare.
• A background in healthcare operations or IT project management.
• Experience with product marketing or sales enablement in a SaaS environment.
The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000. Qventus salary bands represent market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, skills and qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one component of Qventus’ total package.
