We are searching for a Creative Director of Social Media who is passionate about pushing boundaries and crafting compelling, innovative content that resonates with diverse audiences.This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that all social media initiatives are in lockstep with our broader brand goals. By identifying emerging trends and platforms, this person will maintain our competitive edge, boost brand recognition, and deepen audience engagement, encouraging meaningful connections with our target consumers.The role is located in the following office locations (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA) which will align with our in-office working environment. Please connect with your recruiter for more information regarding our in-office philosophy and expectations.What You’ll Do• Creative Strategy Development: Spearhead the creation of strategic, brand-aligned creative initiatives based on target audience insights and industry trends. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
