Talent Marketing Intern

The Position

What we do:

As a Talent Marketing Intern, you actively contribute to the company's success by positioning Roche/ Genentech as the employer of choice for key diverse candidate audiences by reaching and attracting them with targeted and innovative approaches. You collaborate with several stakeholders to ensure effectiveness, quality, and consistency in our external-facing messaging and branding as an employer to help meet hiring needs and fulfil our company ambitions.

Main tasks including but not limited to:

  • You collaborate with the Talent Marketing Team to execute tasks related to visual content creation and copywriting for social media posts and blogs in line with the employer branding guidelines.
  • You learn and understand the business around you and take action when requested in line with the guidelines.
  • You have a good eye for how to make texts and graphics appealing (e.g. on websites, digital campaigns, or job ads).
  • Behaving as role model to team members, showing positive and flexible attitude
  • Building relationships with HR colleagues within the People Support Solutions organization as well as with customers to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Marketing/communications major is preferred.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Active university/college student status
  • Language: You should be fluent in Chinese and English, for both writing and speaking
  • Basic Knowledge: You have a basic understanding of marketing, and the role appealing content plays to make customers aware of a product, and finally light the desire to buy. It’s not different on the HR side where we need to create appealing content to attract and convince potential talent.
  • You have at least entry-level knowledge of the most common tools of video and graphics editing on the market, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and similar software.
  • You are well organized and seek to work in a structured manner in your daily work.
  • Team Player: You enjoy being part of a team and working in a small, yet global community.
  • You have a generic willingness to learn and gain experience in a large multinational company.
  • Proactive mindset (you are not afraid to learn new skills)
  • You can work more than 24hours per week.
