Zespół marketingu to blisko 150 osób, na którego efekty pracy każdego dnia patrzą miliony osób odwiedzających Allegro. Pracujemy na dużą skalę,  Allegro to ponad 20 milionów klientów rocznie! Stosujemy analizy i nowe rozwiązania pozwalające nam oceniać efektywność per kanał, na całej długości lejka konwersji, wdrażamy w komunikacji niecodzienne rozwiązania, których w Polsce często nie spotkasz. Współpracujemy z wieloma zespołami wewnątrz Allegro oraz największymi agencjami w tym kraju, angażując się w niestandardowe projekty i szukając rozwiązań dalekich od sztampowych.

Twoje główne obowiązki

  • Będziesz brać udział w kreowaniu komunikacji marki Allegro i submarek (Smart!, Pay, Protect) oraz ich realizacji w kampaniach wielokanałowych
  • Będziesz odpowiedzialny za planowanie i realizację powierzonych kampanii
  • Będziesz współtworzył strategię komunikacji marki nie tylko na rynku polskim, ale także na nowych rynkach, na których obecne jest Allegro
  • W ramach codziennych zadań będziesz stale pogłębiał wiedzę o kupujących na Allegro, aby móc formułować właściwe spostrzeżenia konsumenckie
  • Będziesz odpowiedzialny za przekładanie spostrzeżeń konsumenckich na konkretne kampanie, inicjatywy i rynki
  • Będziesz zarządzał wielomilionowym budżetem, zarówno produkcyjnym, jak i emisyjnym
  • Będziesz współdecydował o budżetach na kolejne lata, celach i wyzwaniach dla Allegro
  • Na co dzień będziesz współpracował z najlepszymi agencjami mediowymi i kreatywnymi w kraju
  • Będziesz również skupiał się na poszukiwaniu nowych, skutecznych sposobów dotarcia do grupy docelowej
  • Będziesz przekładał swoje działania na liczby, aby móc mierzyć skuteczność prowadzonych kampanii

To odpowiednia praca dla Ciebie, jeśli:

  • Posiadają minimum 5 letnie doświadczenie w planowaniu i realizowaniu marketingowych kampanii 360
  • Mają doświadczenie w realizacji działań komunikacyjnych na rynkach CEE
  • Miały okazję pracować z wynikami badań marketingowych i przekładać wiedzę z nich płynących na konkretne działania komunikacyjne
  • Bardzo dobrze znają angielski (min. B2)
  • Pracowały na takich wskaźnikach jak: Top-of-Mind, consideration, price perception, GRP… i mnóstwie innych
  • Mają doświadczenie w planowaniu i zakupie mediów
  • Wiedzą jak dotrzeć do nowych użytkowników korzystających z zakupów w internecie, niezależnie od grupy wiekowej
  • Mają wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne oraz umieją same przygotować lejek wskaźników dla swoich działań
  • Lubią pracować w bardzo szybko zmieniającym się otoczeniu, z wieloma partnerami jednocześnie
  • Są otwarte, wykraczając poza sztampowe działania i szukają nowych rozwiązań
  • Potrafią przeanalizować dużą ilość danych i na tej podstawie przygotować rekomendację działań
  • Wyróżniają się wysokim poziomem kreatywności i ciekawością świata
  • Potrafią dostosować się do zmieniającego się otoczenia
  • Mile widziane osoby posiadające doświadczenie w realizacji działań w obszarze gamingu
