As the Partnership Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for managing and creating client relationships, have a strong eye for detail, and a passion for influencer marketing to enhance our brand authenticity and engage in the community.What You Will Do• Source and curate user-generated content (UGC) to enhance brand authenticity and engage the community.• Develop and execute partnership outreach strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within the DTC e-commerce sector.• Research potential partners, including influencers, brands, and affiliates, to build a comprehensive database of contacts.• Craft compelling outreach communications and proposals tailored to prospective DTC partners.• Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize collaboration, drive traffic, and increase sales.• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with overall e-commerce business objectives.• Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build networks and establish partnerships.• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and alignment with brand values.• Stay updated on DTC industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.• Ensure all partnership activities comply with legal, regulatory, and brand standards.Who You Are• 2+ years experience in partnership/influencer management, business/brand development, or related role; e-commerce experience, preferred.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with partners.• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.• Ability to develop and execute strategic outreach plans tailored to the DTC market.• Strong analytical skills to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions.• Experience with CRM tools and database management.• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.We recognize that Company culture is important!
