Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.
What You Will Do:
The LTAMDS Team is looking for a Training and Technical Manual Sub-Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to support technical manual and training instructional and multimedia development, training conduct, resource management, and planning and execution of sustainment strategy for the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense System (LTAMDS) program.
This role will provide support and tasking guidance for our team of technical manual developers, Instructional Designers (ISDs), instructors, engineers, programmers and project lead to continuously develop pioneering, industry leading content for program execution.
You’ll work closely with LTAMDS Program Management, Quality, Engineering, Global Mobility, EXIM, IPT Leadership, Instructors and Technical Media Developers to apply disciplined program management processes and utilize tools to establish and monitor metrics and trends to ensure excellence in execution.
If you’re a self-starter who is happy working with minimal direct supervision and you have a successful track record as an interface with internal and external customers and as a point of contact for department management, this might be just the job for you!

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
