The PPA serves families in a professional, caring and timely manner. Follow-up and generation of referrals from client families are integral to success and to establish a strong service relationship with families. Your role will be to network, develop community relationships, and achieve your sales goals through consistent lead generation strategies. You'll spend a minimum of 4 hours each day prospecting, whether by attending events, door knocking, or conducting group seminars to share our Dignity Memorial® Personal Planning Guide. Building trust-based relationships is key, as you’ll be addressing family needs with understanding and genuine care. Your success will stem from your ability to listen, follow up, and maintain connections with families, ensuring they're satisfied and comfortable as you guide them through the planning process. Teamwork is also crucial, as you will collaborate with Funeral Directors and staff to provide seamless service and continued support in the aftermath of a family’s loss. Your passion for helping others, strong work ethic, and ability to work well both independently and in team settings will be invaluable in this rewarding role.
