Seneca Family of Agencies is hosting a Hiring Event for our new Monterey County programs!

 

Seneca's Monterey County Crisis Programs are now hiring! Our services are expanding and we are looking for mental health professionals to join our team. Join us for our virtual info-session, where you will be able to meet with program leadership, and learn about the new programs!

 

Event Highlights

  • Learn About Our Impact: Explore how our programs are reshaping mental health care for youth in Monterey County. Our services focus on personalized, short-term care aimed at de-escalating cries and preventing psychiatric hospitalization.
  • Meet our Dedicated Team: You'll have the opportunity to meet program directors.
  • Learn About Open Positions: We are hiring for a variety of roles, including:
    • Program Director 
    • Assistant Director
    • Program Supervisors
    • Therapists and Social Workers (Associate or Licensed) 
    • Youth Stabilization Specialist (Entry-level)
    • Nurses
    • Nurse Managers

About Our Programs

Seneca Family of Agencies is expanding mental health support in Monterey County with new programs designed to provide immediate care and stabilization for youth experiencing a crisis. 

 

🏥 Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU): Provides short-term, immediate support to help youth stabilize and connect with resources. 

🏡 Children’s Crisis Residential Program (CCRP): A safe, 24/7 therapeutic space for youth needing more time to heal and recover. 

 

These programs will reduce hospitalizations, minimize police involvement, and ensure youth get the care they need. Join the Seneca team and make a difference in your community!
