Location: Rome/Milan.

What you’ll do: 

  • Create, schedule, and optimize customer communications across email, push notification, and inbox using Optimove.
  • Write engaging and effective copy for different customer segments, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand tone.
  • Set up and manage promotions when required, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Customer Value Management, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging with business objectives.
  • Ensure all communications are customer-centric, delivering personalized and meaningful experiences.
  • Stay updated on best practices in CRM marketing, copywriting, and customer engagement strategies.
