SmartFlower Solar is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our remote team, specifically targeting the Western U.S. This position offers you the incredible opportunity to help businesses and communities embrace sustainability through our cutting-edge solar technology. If you're a results-driven sales professional with a knack for B2B sales and high-level client engagement, you're in the right place! You will be responsible for identifying and closing high-impact, multi-unit sales opportunities with commercial, institutional, and municipal clients. A key part of your role will involve building and managing a solid sales pipeline using Salesforce while nurturing your existing accounts. Collaboration is key, so you'll team up closely with our marketing team to ensure our campaigns hit the mark. Staying informed on industry trends and competitive landscapes will be crucial, as will demonstrating how our product features align with customer needs. We're looking for candidates with 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in renewable energy or high-impact products, along with account development skills that lead to closing high-value deals. You'll have the autonomy to navigate long sales cycles, and we hope your enthusiasm and strategic thinking will shine through in your exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. As part of the SmartFlower Solar team, you’ll enjoy a base salary of $65,000, along with an uncapped commission structure, health benefits, a 401k with match, and paid time off.
