We are looking for a Sales Back Office to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

As a Sales Back Office, you will be responsible for handling customer orders, managing contracts, and ensuring accurate CRM data updates. You will collaborate with different teams to provide excellent customer support and contribute to the smooth operation of sales processes.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Drafting and managing contracts
  • Updating and managing CRM with customer data (tax and financial information)
  • Processing orders
  • Customer service

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Team spirit, adaptability, and strong organizational skills are essential
