About you:

You don’t need prior technical experience—just a genuine interest in technology, accessibility, a passion for user-centred development, and a desire to learn. We’re looking for someone who:

You might come from a background in design, user experience (UX), human-computer interaction (HCI), or even something non-technical. If you’re eager to explore how accessibility testing works, this role is for you.

While many of our projects are based in London, there may be opportunities to travel depending on client needs. Candidates should be open to working in different locations for different clients.

Main duties:

  • You’ll be working as an accessibility test engineer on client projects, typically moving onto other client work after 6-12 months
  • Working as part of Agile teams, collaborating on requirements, development and testing
  • Responsible for accessibility testing features through automated, manual and assistive technology testing
  • Responsible for writing audit reports 
  • Being part of a larger team - working with and learning from senior accessibility specialists and QA engineers.
  • Helping with internal applications or other work when possible.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and working within the team whilst on client site.
  • Helping us to grow our QA practice.
  • Strong degree in any discipline

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a need for wanting to learn naturally.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken word with an ability to successfully engage with team members and clients.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology is not essential but desirable.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle is not essential but desirable.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript and manual accessibility testing tools (e.g. NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) is not essential but would be helpful to have.
