Job Description

Summary:

The Tint Technician is responsible for professionally installing window tint on a variety of vehicles while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately measure, cut, and apply window tint films to vehicles.
  • Ensure proper adhesion, smooth finish, and no bubbles or imperfections.
  • Remove old tint and prepare windows for new installations.
  • Maintain knowledge of state laws and regulations regarding window tinting.
  • Inspect finished work for quality assurance and customer approval.
  • Keep work area clean and organized while following safety procedures.
  • Assist with other service-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in automotive window tint application.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with paint protection film (PPF) installation.
  • Knowledge of different tint film types and application techniques.
  • Customer service experience and the ability to explain tint options to clients.

Additional Information

Compensation (Hourly: Flat Rate):

  • $18.00 / hour
    • Depending on experience, qualifications, and certifications

Schedule:

  • FULL TIME
  • 5 days a week / 2 days off
  • Sundays off
