Maintain the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Director. This is a great opportunity with room for advancement!

At The Village at Northridge, we’re on the lookout for a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team! With over 30 years of experience in senior living, Senior Resource Group has built a reputation for innovative community designs and exceptional service. As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our property is in top shape. Your daily tasks will range from responding to Work Order requests and completing the make-ready process for vacant apartments, to handling grounds maintenance and preventive maintenance programs. You’ll work closely under the direction of our Maintenance Director, which also opens doors for career advancement. We're all about teamwork, so if you're passionate about delivering outstanding support and keeping our community vibrant, we’d love to hear from you!
