Spruce Street Compliance is a political compliance firm based out of Washington, DC and Philadelphia, PA. Our firm is committed to supporting progressive causes and candidates nation-wide. This position works directly with clients and helps maintain the smooth operations in-house. This position will report to the COO and President and work in hand with the compliance services team on providing operations services to our clients.
Salary range: $85,000-95,000/annually + generous benefits package including premium health insurance benefits, retirement program, life insurance, and professional development opportunities. This position is an in-person position based in our Washington, DC office.

As the Operations Director of Client Services at Spruce Street Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our firm's dedication to progressive causes becomes reality. Located in bustling Washington, DC, this position is vital in maintaining our internal operations while directly interfacing with our clients to help them navigate through a very competitive political landscape. Reporting to the COO and President, you’ll be overseeing daily operations, developing quality assurance protocols, and importantly, helping our compliance services team elevate client support. We’re not just about tasks; we strive for efficiency and innovation in our processes to enhance responsiveness and satisfaction for our clients. The role will have you managing everything from supplies and mail to hiring staff and conducting budget reviews. You’ll also monitor important aspects like employee benefits and ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in operations management or business administration, combined with 3-5 years of experience in a nonprofit or campaign setting, your hands-on expertise will be invaluable to us.
