Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff role is perfect for ambitious future founders who want a front-row seat to hyper-growth. You'll dive into every aspect of building a fast-growing startup, owning meaningful projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • High Agency: You independently drive projects from conception through completion.

  • Top University: You graduated from a highly competitive university, in the U.S. or internationally.

  • High-Intensity Experience: You have experience in consulting, banking, startups, or similar fast-paced environments.

  • 2+ Year Work Experience: You've accumulated at least two years of full-time professional experience post-college.

Nice to Have:

  • B2B SaaS Experience: You've worked at a company selling software or data products to other businesses, ideally in the Seed to Series B stage.

  • Interest in Gov or Edu Innovation: You’re excited by the intersection of technology and the public sector. 

Compensation: $130-$200K base salary, based on experience. Generous benefits, including medical, dental, and vision. Lunch in-office everyday.
