Your role as a Senior Product Designer centers around proactively suggesting improvements to our existing interfaces, finding creative ways to refine our User Experience, and solving problems with agility, ensuring a usable, accessible and premium set of apps.

  • At Swile, we create seamless online and offline user experiences infused with our unique magic.

1 - Crafting intuitive interfaces
  • Dive deep into our business objectives while preserving the creative spark essential for success.
  • Collaborate closely with the PM to identify the best methods and workshops for our discovery and delivery phases.
  • Immerse yourself in user research, leading engaging workshops with all stakeholders.
  • Develop practical solutions that align with our design vision, existing frameworks, and operational realities.
  • Deliver a comprehensive set of design assets: user journeys, mockups, interactive prototypes, and more.
  • Test and refine designs to ensure they exceed user expectations before development kicks off.
  • Support our development team in bringing your designs to life, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
  • Partner with our Marketing and Brand teams to flawlessly launch new products and features.
  • Continuously assess performance post-launch using relevant KPIs.

2 - Contributing to design community
  • Be a proactive champion for improvement, continuously seeking ways to elevate our methods and product quality.
  • Play a pivotal role in evolving our Design System to match the evolving needs of our platform.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on product design trends, UX/UI principles, and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Share your expertise and insights generously with the team, nurturing a culture of collaboration and learning.
  • Participate actively in regular design reviews, providing valuable feedback and insights.
  • As a senior member, mentor and guide less experienced designers through personalized feedback, coaching, and encouragement.


✨It will be a perfect match if you have :
  • At least 8 years' experience in startups, ESNs, or agencies that taught you proactivity and autonomy, creativity in the frame of the respect of technical feasability on Web, iOS and Android
  • A mastery of of user-centered design methods, you have a strong proficiency in Figma and product design tools and have a keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Tackled several complex and long User Research studies and shipped delightful solutions as an answer to the problems detected through it.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • A Fluent level of English (C1 minimum) and French (B2 minimum).
