About Sybill.ai

Sybill is a rapidly growing Series A startup transforming productivity for B2B sales teams. Traditional and modern sales tools bog down professionals with administrative tasks, distracting them from building relationships and closing deals. Our flagship feature, the Sybill Copilot, is an AI assistant deeply integrated into sales workflows that delivers comprehensive deal intelligence. It helps reps and managers instantly access insights, ask targeted questions, and make strategic decisions about meetings, deals, and accounts.

As we accelerate our growth, we're investing in exceptional talent to shape the future of sales intelligence. We're seeking a talented product manager who can drive execution and accelerate our product delivery.

  • Customer & Data Insights: Lead customer conversations, gather feedback, and use data analytics to make informed, user-centric decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to coordinate execution, remove blockers, and ensure high-quality releases.

  • Rapid Iteration: Quickly improve features based on user feedback, insights, and market dynamics.

  • Strategic Contribution: Support senior product leadership by providing execution insights and strategic recommendations.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Required

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.

  • Execution-Focused: Proven track record of rapidly launching successful features.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency with data analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights from data and customer interactions.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with ability to clearly convey product requirements, priorities, and decisions to diverse stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Strong team player who works effectively with designers, engineers, sales, and customer success teams.

Preferred

  • Technical Aptitude: Technical background or experience partnering closely with engineering teams.

  • AI Experience: Familiarity with AI-driven products, especially in B2B productivity or sales contexts.

  • Growth Mindset: Experience with growth initiatives and data-driven experimentation.
