SynQor is looking for Project Coordinator to participate in the New Product Introduction Process (NPI). The Project Coordinator will work with engineering teams to coordinate the efforts of all assigned resources to move new products from early design stages through the introduction to the manufacturing process.

At SynQor, we are searching for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you'll play a crucial part in our New Product Introduction process. As our Project Coordinator, you'll be the glue that holds the engineering and administrative teams together, ensuring that our new products smoothly transition from the design phase into the manufacturing stage. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with a variety of technical personnel to ensure that all project deliverables are met, including design, safety standards, and schedules. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement processes throughout the project lifecycle. With strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, you’ll keep communications flowing and everyone on track. You'll be responsible for crafting project plans, addressing stakeholder needs, and keeping your teams aligned even as priorities shift. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for problem-solving, this position is perfect for you. A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a relevant field is preferred, along with 1-3 years of project coordination experience. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices will definitely give you an edge.
