 Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at TP-Link Systems Inc. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and ensuring that all products are stored and handled properly to meet company standards. Your ability to manage workflow, coordinate logistics, and maintain a safe working environment will be key to the efficiency of our warehouse operations.

Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and adjustments.

  • Monitor product shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate stocking.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure that the warehouse has the right stock levels to meet customer demands.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring the accurate receipt of products and proper documentation.
  • Inspect incoming deliveries for damage and accuracy, and ensure proper storage of products in designated areas.
  • Schedule and track outgoing shipments to customers and vendors, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment to maximize space and ensure safe working conditions.
  • Implement proper labeling, shelving, and storage strategies for consumer electronics products.
  • Ensure that all products are handled, stored, and shipped in compliance with company safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies to minimize risk and promote a safe working environment.
  • Report any safety hazards or issues to the Warehouse Manager promptly and participate in regular safety inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, receipts, and warehouse activities.
  • Generate reports on stock levels, order status, and shipping timelines as needed for management.
  • Use warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory and process orders.

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management, preferably within a consumer electronics or retail environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management software (WMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and barcode scanning systems.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
